EA Play subscription from Epic Games in Turkey

Hello, today I bought an EA Play subscription from Epic Games in Turkey, but unfortunately Dragons Age 2 and Origins, which are normally included in the package, are not showing up in my account, as are Alice: Madness Returns and Mass Effect: Andromeda. Is there a chance to activate them? Thank you.


Epic games Turkey team said that the games on the base cannot be given to my epic games account because they are not available for sale in Turkey, but if I write to you, they said that you can give them to me because these games are not closed in Turkey in the EA app. Could you please make them accessible in my account?


Unfortunately, it is impossible for me to solve this problem on my own. I need your help. I would like you to activate the other games included in my ea play subscription in my ea app account. Please

    @lasthopees Sadly no there is not a way to do that for players. If the subscription in your region do not include certain games, there is not a way for anyone to include them into that subscription. That goes way beyond the forums and what a Community Manager can do. Not having certain games in certain regions or subscriptions is something that has to be discussed through a lot of departments throughout a company as it also deals with laws for those regions. If it isn't there, sadly we have no way to include it.

    I have the same problem. I wish I had known that I wouldn't be able to play Dragon Age Origins when I bought the EA Play subscription from the Epic Store. Instead, I should buy it from Steam, which grants me access to that game without restriction within Turkey.
