EA PLAY SUBSCRIPTION NOT WORKING

I bought EA Play on Steam, downloaded BF 2042 and when I launch it, it redirects me to EA Play, logs into my EA Play account that is linked to Steam, and says I don't have access to the game, so how am I supposed to play the game? The app says I don't have a sub active.

    i bought ea play from two different sources and it says i need to buy it again a 3rd time telling me i dont have it. both times it said i had it and then as soon as i close the app it was gone both times

    tired of thieving companies making it so hard to get what i paid for there should be a person i can directly talk to and easy to find but look what i have to resort to........... THIEVES

    This should never have been marked as the solution. It's total BS. Do better. You did nothing of value here.
