EA Play Suscription Issue

i tried to pay for ea play 1 month using playstation store web and ea app. and getting error message. 

1st i tried Remove and Re-add Payment on payal using on playstation store web. and didn't work

2nd i tried add a new payment method on ea app. and getting error message was saying: that didn't work and try again. if the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later.

i used my credit card was correctly and didn't work. so can you help me
