EA Play Subscription on Playstation 5

Hi there,

I have an annual EA Play Pro (E99) plan on my PC and linked to Microsoft Game Pass. I also want to link it to my PlayStation Plus Subscription but it is asking for an E25 payment.

If I already have EA Play Pro why do I have to pay again?

    Hey @NushNushIRE,

    So EA Play subscriptions are kept separate across platforms. An EA Play subscription on PC won't transfer over to PlayStation and vice verse. As such, if you want to enjoy EA Play on your PlayStation, you'll need to get a separate subscription for that.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your response but is there a reason why this is?

    Usually with subscriptions you try and create an omnichannel experience. It seems to be the case with being able to use EA Play Pro on both my PC & Xbox Series X.

    @NushNushIRE,

    I'm not sure why you're able to use EA Play on Xbox; EA Play Pro is a purely EA app offer, and it doesn't transfer to other platforms either. Are you sure that you don't have an EA Play, or maybe Gamepass Ultimate subscription on Xbox?
