EA Play Subscription Purchased Through Steam Not Working

@Isotope1889 I`m also having the exact same issue! At steam end it shows everything is ok, while in my EA account it says there is no active subscription. Whenever I try to launch an included game from steam I get an error.

EA support is apparently non-existent though. The "start new case" option at ea help doesn`t work and I can`t find any channel other than this community answer BS... Would appreciate any insights into this issue, as right now I just feel I`m being ripped off.
