EA Play Subscription Refund Request
hello Team!
I have recently switched to PC from MAC where I had origin downloaded and had a membership.
today I have been billed for membership and immediately cancelled since I will be switching to EA.
is there anyway I could get a refund for the last payment made In order to re-susbcribe on pc, Ea APP?

@kimsarang020 Hey, so when you cancel a sub, it does not refund it. All it does is cancel auto-renewal, so any refunds you would like if the sub was not used have to go through support so that they can take a look at the account with you.

- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
