EA Play Subscription
What will happen to my game progress, sims created and builds when my EA subscription is up? Will I get to keep all progress and all the furniture and sims outfits?

Your saves are local, so you should be able to keep them even if your subscription expires. You can find instructions here on how to back up your saved files: Backing up and resetting The Sims 4
