EA play Subscription
My EA PLAY Subscription payment went through on the 3rd of October but EA Play is asking me to Join now This is not the first time I had an issue with my EA PLAY Subscription

Community ManagerOh, I understand now. You have EA Play purchased on our console. that will only give you access to the EA Play Library on the PlayStation. EAplay for PC is a separate service. You need a membership for each platform if you wish to use it on a PC. That's why it is not available on the website after you log in.
