EA Play via XGPU - Unable to Download Games via EA/Xbox app Since Jun. 21, 2024

Hi 
I purchased xbox pass today and I wanted to play some games that are in the EA pass 
(xbox pass includes ea pass )
However when I start the ea app FROM the xbox app (the 2 are correctly linked, I can see my account in both xbox acc and the ea app)
I dont have any option to download the game , just to buy it .
The game i wanted to play is F1 2023, but i tried other games as well , and still not working. 
It looks like ea play is not activated. 
I tried signing in-out from both systems . I tried to uninstall and install both system . 
Nothing seems to work

    TEMPORARY ISSUE RESOLVED - Post Marked as Solution for Visibility

    Hi everyone,

    We can confirm that the temporary issue preventing some players from downloading EA Play games via their EA Play subscription through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on the EA app/Xbox app for PC has been resolved, as earlier reports in this thread also indicate.

    If you're still experiencing this issue after clearing the EA app cache, signing out and back in on both the EA and Xbox for PC apps, etc., please refer to the post HERE and share the requested information.

    They are correctly linked, ive also relinked them recently to no change.

    I have this issue with my son's account.

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): demonz9993
    • Are you getting an error message? Yes, 404 Error message
    • Do you still have an active GamePass Ultimate Subscription? Yes
    • Are your EA and Xbox accounts linked? Have you recently unlinked them?Still linked
    • Can you not download a specific game or any game?Any game
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
    • Please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number ???
