If only NFS HP game is the problem, please try to clear the cache via: Help > App Recovery > Clear cache
After you performed these steps, then please let me know if they worked or not.
Hi, @Mikimuster3 , I have tried to clear the cache as well as reinstall EA play however the problem still persist. Using my other device on my laptop also have the same problem. I have tried other Xbox Game Pass(EA play) games such as NFS Rivals, Most Wanted (2012) as well as Spore and they all installed and worked fine. It seems to me only NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered has this problem. I have checked that there is sufficient storage space and I tried selecting different install folders too...
I have the exact same issue
@Mikimuster3 There are a lot of us having this issue specifically with this game. I have reproduced this issue with only this game on 5 different PCs myself. Don't ask why I have so many 😅. Can this be escalated or something? It's obvious we shouldn't have to reset our entire PCs just to play one game that won't install properly.
Are you going to offer any sort of real help here? There is plenty of games that DO NOT WORK AT ALL with EA play such as Hot Pursuit remasted and Crysis 3.
