    Hey all,

    Great news! The underlying cause of this issue has been identified and resolved. Please update the EA App to the latest version and let me know if you run into any issues. 🙂

Exactly the same as mine.

Tried uninstalling a bunch of EA Play folders someone suggested online, and tried the app recovery app.  Maybe an issue with the game files on their end.
