EA: Play won't install NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered (Xbox GamePass PC)

Hi, EA I have an issue where I tried to install NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but I keep getting this error in EA Play that an unknown error has occurred and I can't install...

    Hey all,

    Great news! The underlying cause of this issue has been identified and resolved. Please update the EA App to the latest version and let me know if you run into any issues. 🙂

ok it is clear that ea is not aware of whatever it is that's happening on their end...how do we as a community escalate this so someone from ea can address this?

    I have an open support email going on with them. I just keep hammering home it's not us, it's them. I think until enough people have this issue they won't lift a finger unfortunately. The game is old and doesn't make them money. They either need to fix it or remove the game from the listing. If it does get fixed all of us from this forum have to get together for some celebratory games 👍

    @AngryStonerGuy I have dmed the guy who first responded trying to help also. Hopefully we get some help with this.
