    Hey all,

    Great news! The underlying cause of this issue has been identified and resolved. Please update the EA App to the latest version and let me know if you run into any issues. 🙂

ok it is clear that ea is not aware of whatever it is that's happening on their end...how do we as a community escalate this so someone from ea can address this?

@AngryStonerGuy I have dmed the guy who first responded trying to help also. Hopefully we get some help with this.
