Hi I haven’t received any ea play Xp and I’ve had it ages

I did it there @leon14101994 and it was easy enough, you can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product EA app
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat
