Bought EA play and it won’t allow me to download the game it only gives me a discount on buying the game. Anyone else had this issue??

Try clearing the cache for the EA app with these steps, let me know if you're still not able to access your EA Play games then.
It’s for UFC 5 on the PS5. Some of my friends have been able to download the game but for me it just offers a discount.

Gotchya, thanks! UFC 4 is currently available through EA Play, UFC 5 is not in the game catalog for EA Play. However, if you have PlayStation Plus Extra, UFC 5 is included there.
