EA Play

I bought the EA Play for a month. I bought it to play NFS Heat. Once I opened it my PlayStation said "Can't use this content. It's being used on another console." I also can download other games from the play list, but they also say the same thing. It also says that I need to go and buy the EA Play again. On both the PC and PlayStation. And yes, the accounts are linked. I also did get the confirmation that I paid for it.

    Hi ItsOreoKiid-,

EA Play subscriptions are platform-specific. A subscription on Steam won’t carry over to the EA app, Epic Games Store, or consoles. The exception is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes EA Play on both Xbox consoles and the EA app for PC, provided your Xbox and EA accounts are properly linked. However, this still doesn’t grant access on Steam or Epic, where separate subscriptions are required.

That said, is it perhaps possible that you tried to purchase EA Play on a different PSN account than the one you play on?
