I've purchased monthly ea play to use the discount and i linked it with my ps5 But the ps store doesn't recognise my purchase and asks me to subscribe! What can i do?

Hey I have the almost the same issue trying to buy EA Play subscription on Playstation 5, after contacting PSN support they said they tried many things and it seems the error comes from EA because other purchases can be done with no issues.

I see that you're using your PlayStation wallet to pay for the subscription. I know that that can give errors, so can you try a different payment method? A card, or PayPal, or something along those lines? Let me know if those still give you errors.

Hey @EA_QueenBee Yes, I'm using my PlayStation wallet because My Playstation account is from the US but my credit card or Paypal are not from there and they are not allowed. I always buy PS gift cards to charge my wallet and purchase games or pay PlayStation Plus membership. it's the first time I have had problems buying anything there. I explain all of this to PlayStation Support Agent and he/she said there wasn't anything wrong with that platform, that... it seemed to be related to EA. That's why I came trying to reach a clearer Answer. Hope you can help me, and thank you for answering so fast.
