EA PLAY

hello everyone! I’ve only recently began playing in NFS Unbound Online and I’ve noticed people using the ‘05 BMW M3 GTR LE, which I can’t figure out how to unlock. I searched on YouTube and apparently an EA Play subscription is required. I just purchased it but I didn’t get anything. Any advice please?
