    Hi @sam31384,

    There is unfortunately no way to 'resolve' this as it is working as intended.

    When you buy an EA Play membership, it is a dedicated membership for that specific platform or launcher. EA Play memberships are not cross-platform, cross-launcher, or shareable.

    The only exception to this is if you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which comes with EA Play for both Xbox and PC EA app.

    Hi
    I bought the correct version for PS5. In the account settings on ps5 EA play abo is aktiv, but FC24 wants me to buy the abo again.
    Any idea hot to solve this?
