EA PRO PLAY MEMBERSHIP

I purchased EA pro play in the hopes of playing Fifa 22, I played the trial on steam and was happy to purchase it. What I did not realize is that launching origin independently without going through steam logged me into a separate account. Without realizing this I purchased pro play for an account that has no progress on ultimate team etc. I cancelled the membership almost instantly in the hopes of getting my money back, I was able to cancel my membership yet I am not entitled to a refund even though I played 0 minutes of the game, as I am not willing to start my ultimate team etc all over again. I was wondering if I can get a refund as so I can purchase pro play on the account I used while playing the trial. I have receipts etc for prove of purchase and dates etc if necessary. Hope to get a response ASAP.
