No you dont take report seriously, I agree other games too have cheaters but their reporting system is easy, and they do take action against cheaters, but in EA I have reported tons of cheaters but 0 of the have been banned, infact people openly use cheats because they know there is no Anti-cheat mechanism in Battlefield games especially BF-5

Also I have already reported lots of cheaters with same kind of cheats, (ESP, Auto Aim, bulet damage increase, Speed, etc. still no action been taken on them.

Many hacker still anihilate the game on BF1 and BF5.
all were reported and some many times.
As they continue to hack in game since many month, many player thinks that EA didn't do nothing.
the result : bad image on the net of EA capacity to control the security of their games.
I'm really sorry for you as BF is a good game generaly, it can explain why many player stop play with BF
