EA trying to charge me for EA Play

Hello, I have a problem, I'm getting notifications from my bank that ea is trying to charge me for Ea Play Pro, but my subscription ended and I can't even cancel it. I don't have access to my old email this account is linked with. When I'm looking on the ea site it says, your play membership expired, come back any time. Any solutions to this?

@sergiusz2203 Well you can contact an EA advisor about this issue using this link down below.
As for your old email they need it in order to confirm you own the account so I don't know if this will work, but if possible add a secondary email and phone number to your account so that you can receive the confirmation code they send you when you contact them.
But you should first try and regain access to your old email if possible unless there is some reason that you can't.
