Error code: JR3001

Please tell us where exactly you see this error message and what game you are playing. 

We see this error on the home screen before we enter lobbies, we cannot accept invites from players. We cant join party's , and instead have to host our own. Every time we try to join, it pops up an error code: jr3001

We are playing NFS heat

I see error code JR3001 every time me and one of my friends try to join each other’s party to play with each other.

See this error code jr3001 when trying to join friends 

Is some one or something going to tell me how to fix this **bleep** ?????
