Error with connecting PS4 to EA account

When I try to connect PS4 to EA account I have a massage connect_error social login failure

Are you getting that error message when you try to log in to help.ea.com with your PlayStation account?

      Do you know if you've linked your PlayStation account to another EA account already?

        it was a long time ago, I don't even remember the e-mail to which I registered the old account
