Exact time that EA Play should come out on gamepass

Title is the question. It's currently the 15th here in New Zealand and there is no EA Play to game pass connection to speak of. Is there a specific timezone that this is supposed to be based on or ...

I'm also trying to work out what's going on here.

I've linked XBox with EA through the website because there's no option for that in either the XBOx app or the Beta EA Desktop app.

A little communuication support from either side would be of a great help.
