Community ManagerHey @ALFANAET looking at your DxDiag and seeing a number of issues, things that may be causing the issue with FIFA but also may not but could cause more general issues.

Can you also create a new Windows Admin account and try the game there to see what happens?

Community ManagerThere are a number of issues there @ALFANAET, to start with if you check the bottom you will see a number of errors. You also have issues with kernel files which can point to a account issue.
You are also running Windows 11 which EA games do not officially support.
