FIFA 21 monthly reward

As far as I know, those should be applied to your account automatically as long as you are an EA Play member.

I know the app is just the app and the monthly fee gets me the free games and awards but I don’t get the awards anymore. For FIFA you get xp for ultimate team. I don’t see anything in the store in the game or anything. I have madden, FIFA, need for speed and nothing
