FIFA 22 Early access on PC

I have preordered FIFA 22 Ultimate edition on PC and I also bought EA play. Why can't I get my 10 hours of early access?

Hey @JEnen26, 


If you're still having trouble playing FIFA 22 can you try clearing the Origin cache to see if that helps? You can find more details on how to clear it at the EA Help website.
