FIFA 22 trial issue 10 hours ended before starting

Hi there,

I have EA Play and my FIFA 22 trial will not launch. It says that my 10 hour trial has finished before I have even started. The game is up to date and I am using the EA app to launch. I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times and still will not launch. I need help asap.

To speak with a chat or phone adviser:

Click on your product EA Desktop

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
