I pre ordered FIFA 22 ultimate addition with ea. play pro and on origin its says its ready to be downloaded so I press install and it begins and instantly says the download is complete but when I click on it it says I need to still install it can anyone help please this has been happening for a day and a half now.

Hey @SnakesareReal11, can you ensure that you are running Origin as administrator and that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

I’ve turned both the FIFA 22 ones on and still no change but I don’t know how to check what ports are open.
