FIFA 23 early access / preload problem despite EA Play

Hi all,

If I go to FIFA 23 in my library, the countdown until I can access is still at 4 days and a few hours. It also says I can preload from 28th of September. However, I have an EA Play subscription, so I should be able to have the 10-hour trial starting the 27th, right?
