Fifa 23 glitches

Hey guys. What is up with FIFA 23 and its constant online glitching? I can't get through a game without it temporarily freezing followed by a sudden speed up. It often leads to me having possession stolen from me and my opponents scoring. It is very frustrating. Even worse, the opposition don't seem to be affected by this glitch as they can just play through it.

If someone can help me out with this?

What you're experiencing is known as speed up lag. It normally indicates a connection issue. We'll go through some troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
