EA Play is no longer listed in PlayStation Store under 'Subscriptions'.
I am in the UK and have been checking EA Play once or twice a week since the BF6 open beta because I want to know when BF6 will appear for download.
I went yesterday to check and EA Play is no longer listed under the 'Subscriptions' page - it previously had been listed below GTA+. I can do a manual search for EA Play and I can find it that way, but I can also no longer access the full list of games available, only the most recent.
I have tried to play all of the EA Play games I have downloaded onto my PS5 and they all work without issue, which means it isn't a licensing issue on my part.
Anyone know why the app page & games list are missing? Thanks.
Hey there,
From what you’ve described, this sounds more like a PlayStation Store display/catalogue issue than an EA Play licensing issue. If EA Play still appears when you search manually, and your downloaded EA Play titles still launch, your subscription/entitlements are likely still fine.
On PlayStation, the EA Play store page, subscription placement, and game/trial listings are handled through the PlayStation Store UI, so those sections can sometimes move, display differently, or fail to show the full catalogue. For downloads or trials, it’s best to search directly for the specific game in the PlayStation Store once it’s available.
You can also check your active EA Play subscription from PS5 Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
