Reboot console, router, DSL modem. Restored licenses on console. UK Playstation Store. Tried everything (and I mean everything). Was able to somehow play PS5 version of Fifa 23. It seems that PS4 versions are locket out. Probably something to do with Playstation Store and PS4 versions for the game.

p.s. Feel free to contact me if you need further assistance (I am Senior Software Architect by trade). Have had EA play for more than 2 years and never had issues so probably licensing issue with Sony. Please contact them to resolve the issue.
p.p.s. I am not the only who has same problem, other people have posted similar problems on Reddit.
Did anyone get a proper fix or resolution for this? I'm having a similar issue, with Fifa 23 suddenly not working (interestingly fifa 22 still works fine). EA is pointing me to playstation as the one who needs to fix it, and playstation is pointing me at EA. It is extremely frustrating
I purchased Fifa 23 through EA play on ps4, today I wanted to play but my game is locked and says 'cannot use the content' I've tired restoring licenses but still locked. My friends are still playing the game on their ps4s please help
