No, it just won't let me get passed entering the Email...it won't let me press the next button.

Hey @Silver1CSM it looks like there may not be an EA account linked to that address.
Have you checked the email to ensure that it is lined and you are using the correct one.

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
