Have I been reading correctly??? Despite having paid for Game Pass Ultimate with the only reason I upgraded to ultimate being the perk of playing EA games, I in fact cant use it to play on EA Play like advertised because its delayed??? WHY then on earth are you allowing people to pay for a service you can not provide? Or am I missing something here with the Xbox game pass which by the way I have linked to my EA Play account.
Nop I have exactly the same problem. They advertise it on their website but on the app there is nothing. Even on internet there are no tutorial to get ea play, so I contacted microsoft and they took 1 hour to tell me to make windows update and secure my password (wtf ?). I also contacted ea and they said that there is probably a delay with microsoft. I started to search "ea play and xbox game pass scam" on internet and I found this https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxGamePass/comments/l3uzz5/xbox_and_ea_scammed_us/ . They are literally saying "If you want the ea play buy the game pass ultimate !" but they don't have finished their contract with ea....

If you have your Xbox account linked to your EA account and you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription, then you should be able to use EA Play on the EA app.
