3 years ago@a5d016ace1d47703 If you receive that message that means there is another EA account that you are not logging into. You would not receive that message otherwise. You can log into your EA account with your Xbox credentials and check the email listed there but if that does not work for you with you unlinking it that way, you would need to reach out to live support.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the game or EA App
- Then select Platform
- Manage my Account
- Chose the appropriate option

Is there anyway that I can find out the email address without the **** to make sure that it is not saying the same email that I am currently logged into because it starts and ends with the exact same letters and symbols as the one I am using????
