@a5d016ace1d47703 If you receive that message that means there is another EA account that you are not logging into. You would not receive that message otherwise. You can log into your EA account with your Xbox credentials and check the email listed there but if that does not work for you with you unlinking it that way, you would need to reach out to live support.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the game or EA App
- Then select Platform
- Manage my Account
- Chose the appropriate option
Also the chat live with EA does not work. I put in the info added the same attachments, and it gave me a bot authentication error when I retype one box to make sure it was all correctly put in there. It said the session timed out and I had to refresh the page. So I did it without the attachments and the same thing happened. Plus it will not work on mobile. It doesn't have a platform for you to select.
