Hacker EA account is linked to my psn
My psn account has been taken over by some random ea account that is called like *snip*. And I have NO idea where this came from and why. Because of this hacker I can’t have access to my ea games or link my ACTUAL EA account to it because I can’t remove the hackers email when I don’t have their info. And I have been trying to get help from customer service but it’s like they completely ignore my issue over and over. I tell them it’s not my account but they keep telling me to to verify that it’s my account when I already told them it ISNT. This situation is so frustrating. And everybody keeps referring me to different places without actually helping and they end up just saying that there is nothing they can do. They even hung up on me when I wasn’t finished, straight up told me bye have a good day and hung up when I hadn’t finished my sentence. It’s so ridiculous fr who allowed these ppl to work in customer service bcz now I’ve spent money on games THAT I CANT EVEN PLAY. Has anybody with this issue ever gotten it resolved? Bcz Ive seen tons of people with this problem and EA straight up doesn’t care AT ALL. Now what do I do?

If you believe someone else has accessed your account you will need to get in touch with an advisor for further assistance. They will be able to look to verify and look into your account further, also we have a help article to review that talks more about account security.
