Help me with EA Play subscription

Hello everyone 🤝🏾 I'm new here.

I am trying to access or buy EA Play for my PlayStation 5 (Because EA Play PRO is not available I think) in any case, when selecting the platform, I get a message saying that the page does not exist ❌ (It also happens with Xbox and it only works with Steam and with the EA APP).

Any idea why I'm doing it wrong ❓. (I repeat, I select EA Play, I select PlayStation platform and the next screen or page never opens.....) Greetings and thank you very much.

    @TecnoKayser 

    PlayStation content is region locked, so if your store doesn't match your actual location, you'll run into issues like this when trying to make a purchase. You'd need to speak with PlayStation support to change the store region to your actual location in order to purchase a membership.

    Hi there @TecnoKayser 

    Try purchasing your membership directly from the PlayStations store on your console instead, let me know if you have issues there as well.

    Yes, I tried to purchase on my playstation 5 system and the playstation official website, with credits in my wallet, but I can't (Something wrong appear).

    I contact with playstation mx support, but (hahahaha) they say to me that I blocked, I say I'm not, they say yes..... So I go (in that moment) to The store and purchase a new game and I say (See, I'm not blocked).

    After a few minutes they say, Yes, you're right, you are not blocked, so is EA SPORT, they blocked you purchase for some reason, please contact with them for more help.

    (This is my first time I try to create an EA Play Account, normally I play PES, but, Efootball Stinks "Not his gameplay" but the rest, stinks. However, is imposible that I been blocked because I never have a EA Play Account before)

    Actually I'm waiting for the third email from EA Support (Two people contact me from them) but to this point, they just asked me for: (Email address associated with EA account, platform where I play, username and a validation code....

    I explained to them that I just want to subscribe to EA Play, so I need a way to do that and a method of payment, because from my playstation 5 system I can't..... But, I still waiting for a response 

    Anyway, thanks for your response and time. And forgive my English, it is not perfect. I'm from Latino America so it is not my mother language

  • No, no exactly. My playstation 5 system or my playstation store is Mexican Region. And I am in another country.....

    But I can purchase for example my subscription to playstation plus with my money in my wallet without any problem. I can buy any game the same way. Actually my last 5 purchases are:

    ⚽ Resident Evil 6 (Yesterday)

    🏈 Need for Speed Heat (3 weeks ago)

    🏀 Playstation plus 3 Months (December)

    (4) Playstation Plus 3 Months (September)

    (5) Resident Evil 2 Remake (August)

    I usually use PlayStation Gift cards to recharge my wallet, so, not problem with that.

    I have a lot of game miss, most of the them, I purchase on my  playstation store MX even be in another country. (Yesterday I purchase a Resident evil 6 and 3 weeks ago I purchase a Need for Speed Heat, a game from EA). Do you understand what I try to say....

    Yes, my playstation store is Mexican Region, but doesn't import, because I buy directly with my playstation wallet and I recharge my wallet with playstation gift card for Mexican Region.

    If the problem was in Sony Playstation, I can't doing this and of course, I can't purshace my subscription to playstation plus anyway.

    Sony does not allow the change of region on a console once it is set "And in a supposed case that they would allow it to me, the country where I am located "Venezuela" does not exist PlayStation Network officially, that is why I have my PlayStation in region Mexican. (I contacted Sony the same day I bought my PlayStation to find out if in the future I could change the region of my console, if the PlayStation Network were to open in Venezuela and they themselves told me no, that that It is in the terms of service, but there was no problem, in these cases, there were the PlayStation Network gift cards) and as I have been mentioning, I have more than 20 digital games purchased (Need for Speed Heat, Resident Evil 2 , The last of us 2 and many others, yesterday I bought Resident Evil 6..... I have had my subscription to PlayStation Plus Deluxe forever and I think I can even buy FIFA coins (Efootball ones, yes) and all this with my PlayStation wallet.... So... I don't understand you 😭

    I can purchase everything in my playstation store with my playstation wallet, even your games, EA games. Except the subscription to EA Play  And it's Sony's fault...

    listen to me, yesterday I spent 5 hours talking to Sony PlayStation Mexico support. In the end they told me that "it's EA's fault" because all our services and all the games we offer, if you want it, you pay for it and you have it and I tried it myself, buying a game yesterday, so for lack of more evidence, EA is to blame. Yes, because I can buy everything else without any problem. (Now pay attention to me, it doesn't matter if I am in Venezuela ok or in any other country where the service is not officially present, because I am a consumer anyway and I am paying in the officially accepted currency for that service ok

    and I don't feel comfortable with this, I feel that you are treating me like an idiot by telling me that it is Sony's fault and that I should go talk to them instead of giving me a solution, especially after repeatedly indicating that all the services I have and all the games I have work excellently, regardless of the country I live in, I think it is a lack of respect, because if I go to Sony now as you are indicating, they will tell me: Sir. In your case #0000000 it was evident that all the services that Sony provided loans work perfectly and that they have to contact EA. (Then they will have me running around like a little child....) is disrespectful.

    I just wanted to try EA Play and FC24... to see how good they are and if the service or the physical game is more worth it, but it doesn't matter. (But you should improve your customer services, it's been more than 48 hours since I had the problem and the worst thing is that I'm leaving without a solution. In the end I don't know why, I can pay for all the services except this one....
