Yes, I tried to purchase on my playstation 5 system and the playstation official website, with credits in my wallet, but I can't (Something wrong appear).
I contact with playstation mx support, but (hahahaha) they say to me that I blocked, I say I'm not, they say yes..... So I go (in that moment) to The store and purchase a new game and I say (See, I'm not blocked).
After a few minutes they say, Yes, you're right, you are not blocked, so is EA SPORT, they blocked you purchase for some reason, please contact with them for more help.
(This is my first time I try to create an EA Play Account, normally I play PES, but, Efootball Stinks "Not his gameplay" but the rest, stinks. However, is imposible that I been blocked because I never have a EA Play Account before)
Actually I'm waiting for the third email from EA Support (Two people contact me from them) but to this point, they just asked me for: (Email address associated with EA account, platform where I play, username and a validation code....
I explained to them that I just want to subscribe to EA Play, so I need a way to do that and a method of payment, because from my playstation 5 system I can't..... But, I still waiting for a response
