I linked my ea account to my xbox account, but I dont have the EA games or ea play. I bought xbox game pass. Im on pc, and i already contacted costumer support and did troubleshooting.

Which Xbox Game Pass subscription did you get? You will need Xbox Game Pass for PC. Ultimate also includes PC games. If you have a standard Xbox Game Pass subscription, that will only give you access to our games on Xbox. If you just want EA Play, you'll need the EA Play Pro subscription to have access to PC games.
