here from Xbox Game Pass and can't seem to have EA Play on, how can I fix this?

Hey @kuno609047 EA Play is a part of Game Pass for PC.

If you download and log into EA Desktop are you able to see EA Play showing as active for you: https://www.ea.com/ea-desktop-beta

It doesn't say Ultimate at all for PC... only Xbox Game Pass. 

Hey @KontryBoy706 if you check the Xbox Game Pass website you can find all the info as to what is and what is not included with each version of Game Pass: https://www.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-game-pass#join

EA Play and EA Play PC are not part of the basic version of Game Pass.

Ok on that site it specifically says  " EA Play is now included with Xbox Game Pass for PC and Ultimate at no extra cost. With EA Play, unlock access to a collection of EA’s best-loved games, in-game rewards, and trials of selected new games."

So clearly it says Xbox Game Pass for PC AND Ultimate... 

Scroll down and you can see this.... also on the Xbox App for PC it just mentions Game Pass not Ultimate.

I saw in your #2 post this

Then in your #5 post it was changed to "EA Play is a part of Game Pass for PC". I responded after reading the #2 post. I've also seen you say you needed Ultimate to use EA Play PC in another post. Here Re: Game pass for PC but cant use ea play - Answer HQ

So it reads like you are saying you need Game Pass Ultimate PC to have EA Play PC but as we both see and agree you don't. However, the issue is it is not working. I have Xbox Game Pass for PC... had it over a year. I have EA Desktop installed. I have the same xbox gamertag linked. However, when I try and install an EA Play game EA Desktop launches and asks me to join EA Play or purchase the game. I started a thread on this a month ago here EA Play included with XBox GamePass for PC NOT WORKING - Answer HQ  as you can see... several people had this issue and the thread was closed no further info was given. I've talked with support about this too. No information or solution was given. I've seen threads of still being an issue for several people. There's people who upgraded to Ultimate and it still didn't work. You just need Game Pass for PC. Any solutions you have?
