How can I see which EA account is covered

I bought an EA subscription. It appears in Microsoft's app, but it doesn't appear in the EA Play app. It directs me to buy it again. Also, the subscription I bought is expired.

Even though I haven't purchased an EA Play subscription, it appears that I don't have a subscription in the EA Play app and it directs me to purchase a subscription again.

Hey Hande4125,

Just to check, where did you buy your EA Play subscription for? EA Play is platform specific; if you buy it on Xbox, it won't carry over to the EA app or PlayStation, for example.
