How do I contact EA about my Account?
Hey Guys, I'm trying to get in contact with anyone at EA that can help at this point. I pay for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which gives me an EA Play membership, however I can't seem to connect it to my EA account, when I try to link the accounts I get the error in the attached file (EA.png). EA has a Support Chat and a Support Email route, both having the first step which asks for your first name, last name, email and which platform you are trying to get a hold of, which is fine as you would require all this to help find your account information, but you can't proceed unless you fill all fields with information and in the platform picklist there are no options and therefore I can't proceed with getting help.
At this point, what else can I do?
