How do I get in contact for refund

I’ve been trying to contact them for a month. I canceled my subscription but it still took is from my ps wallet and I haven’t used it I just want a refund man.

    Hey @lilolme99 If you are playing on PlayStation, you must contact the support team to cancel your membership plan.

    How do I cancel?

    1. Sign in to your PlayStation account on the PlayStation website.
    2. Click Subscription.
    3. Click Turn Off Auto-Renew next to your EA Play membership.

    You can also cancel directly from your console. See how to do that on playstation.com.

I did that but they still charged me
