How do I subscibe a 13yr old to EA Play for PS5

Help.  For the life of me, I cannot find a way to create a subscription to EA  Play for my 13 yr old son.  I removed all subscriptions, removed an replaced accounts.  No matter wbat I do I get a frowning face error message every time I try.  Please help!  I had no problem creating a windows account through the family functionality.  I had no problem creating an accidental windows subscription (since cancelled since does not work for ps5).
