How do I transfer my EA play from Xbox to origin??? I have linked my Xbox Live account to Origin, I have EA play on my Xbox, I'm trying to play The Sims 4, (which I have on my Xbox) but It's saying that I have no games in my library. What does this mean, and how do I fix this?
@SailorxBoba EA Play subscriptions are specific to the individual platform, as in, you can't use your XBox sub to download games onto your computer. (There's a separate case with XBox Game Pass covered here.)
Games cannot be transferred between platforms either. So if you owned Sims 4 outright on your XBox, you'd still need to buy it separately for PC. Sims 4 (for PC/Mac) is on sale in Origin for only $5 right now though, if you want to buy it. And if you bought a standalone copy, you'd continue to own it regardless of subscription status.
About that, I was trying to get The Sims while it was on sale, but it would not accept my information because they only accept Credit Cards, and not Debit Cards. This is why I am trying to get it from my Xbox, but thanks for the reply.
