How i want refund EA Play Pro?
Recently I subscribe EA Play on Steam and then I think want stop subscribe EA Play on Steam and proceed to EA Play Pro on Origin.
So I subscribe EA Play Pro on Origin and here issue come.
I want stop subscribe EA Play on Steam and want use EA Play Pro on Origin alone but some games already bind with Steam and I can't install from Origin. (Steam still have membership and Origin new membership)
Do I need to pay EA Play on Steam and EA Play Pro on Origin? If situation like this, I willing keep maintain my EA Play subscription on Steam.
I kind of confuse features Pro with Steam because it's mixed up Steam EA Play and EA Play Pro Origin.
It's look redundant and problem with licensing.
I search on this forum about refund that mentioning "refunds under certain circumstances".
Is there any way for me to request a refund of EA Play Pro?
Because I'm broke if paying EA Play on Steam and EA Play Pro on Origin. 😞
