how to fix error 404 on ea play menu??

hi i have this known error 404 only on ea play menu!  i tried every answer here and on the internet nothing work! i even tried to uninstall origin and delete everything connected to it EVEN IF I ...

    Hey @Abe_82 can you try on both the Origin app and the website to see if you have the same issue?


    Can you also try on a different network to see if the 404 error continues to appear?

i do also have the same problem.

First i had the problem with "anticheat" which was not starting / updating on the origin app.

Then i read in the forum, i should use EA-app. Which i did. But the games are not showing up, but i get error 404 instead....

@Wolverin52 now the games are showing up at least, but i dont have fifa23 in my collection. see screenshot attached

    FIFA23 no listed in collection

    If i open fifa in the menu, i get a error report as well
